The DaJumo Buyer Charter

What buyers should expect from a property intelligence platform.

DaJumo was created to put more intelligence on the buyer's side before capital, contracts and confidence are committed.

Our Belief

Buying property should not require blind faith. Buyers deserve access to clear information, independent intelligence and trusted expertise before they commit their capital.

Property is emotional. It is also financial, legal and deeply consequential. Yet buyers are often asked to make decisions in an environment where the seller is professionally represented, information is fragmented, urgency is encouraged and almost everyone involved benefits when a transaction proceeds.

This Charter sets out the principles we believe should govern that responsibility.

1. The buyer comes first

DaJumo is designed around the questions, risks and decisions faced by the buyer. Our purpose is not to move property. It is to help buyers understand property.

2. Clarity before contracts

The most valuable time to discover a problem is before you are legally or financially committed. We believe buyers should have the clearest possible view of value, risk, cost and market context before signing.

3. Intelligence, not hype

Property attracts forecasts, opinions, sales narratives and noise. We aim to separate useful signals from unnecessary commentary and present information in a form that supports a rational decision.

4. Evidence before emotion

A home can be emotional. A property decision should still be informed by evidence. Comparable sales, market conditions, supply, costs, risks and property fundamentals deserve a place at the table before enthusiasm becomes commitment.

5. Independence matters

DaJumo does not need you to buy the property. We are comfortable with the answer being "not this one". A credible buyer platform must be willing to surface risks, uncertainty and reasons to walk away.

6. No single score tells the whole story

Scores and models can make complex information easier to understand, but they are not substitutes for judgement. DaJumo aims to show the factors behind an assessment, not hide them behind a number.

7. We will distinguish fact, estimate and opinion

Where possible, we will make clear what is known, what is estimated, what is modelled and where uncertainty remains. False certainty has no place in a major financial decision.

8. Methodology should be explainable

Buyers should be able to understand how an important conclusion was reached. We will work to make our methodologies, assumptions and limitations clear enough to be questioned.

9. Human expertise still matters

Technology can make buyers better informed; it does not eliminate the need for qualified legal, finance, inspection, tax or property expertise. DaJumo connects buyers with verified professionals when specialist judgement is required.

10. Trust is earned continuously

Verification is not a decorative badge. Data quality, professional standards, transparent methodology, security and honest communication must be maintained over time.

11. The right decision may be to do nothing

There will always be another property. Fear of missing out is not due diligence. If the price, risk or fundamentals are wrong, walking away can be an excellent outcome.

12. Better-informed buyers create a better property market

When buyers have stronger information and better tools, decisions become more considered, negotiations become more evidence-based and poor-quality opportunities face greater scrutiny. That is good for buyers and, ultimately, good for the market.

13. Not financial, legal or tax advice

DaJumo is an independent educational resource aimed at improving a buyer's knowledge and property intuition. No output delivered via the ecosystem ever constitutes specific advice and buyers must make their own educated decisions. For advice, buyers can review the marketplace for verified licensed professionals.

The DaJumo Promise

We will never pretend that property is risk-free. We will not confuse data with certainty. We will not tell you to buy simply because a property is available.

We will give you the tools and intelligence to ask better questions, understand the evidence, identify the risks and make your own informed decision.

Know more. Risk less. Buy better.
